Special MERGEN pharmacies were opened in ERG home cities.

The range of products available in pharmacies includes medicines, healthcare products, and medical supplies. Highly qualified pharmacists are available at each location to provide advice on medicines use, dosages, and potential interactions.

- “We are pleased that the pharmacies will serve not only the company's employees, but also all city residents, who will also be able to purchase medicines at favorable prices, noted Igor Kuleshov, Director for Technical Maintenance and Repair at Aksu Ferroalloy Plant”, during the opening of the pharmacy in Aksu.

The project will be developed in stages. ERG intends to expand the range of products and the chain of pharmacies, and plans to evaluate social impact regularly through customer feedback.

- “Today, I receive medicines free of charge within the limits of our company's health insurance. At the same time, I can purchase medicines for my family at our special pharmacy if needed. Prices here are really lower than in city pharmacies”, notes Ivan Darkhan, Lime Unloader at Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant.

- “I believe that the initiative to open a pharmacy is important. With a wide range of products and affordable prices, this format will increase availability of medicines and provide real support for workers”, says Adiya Kubasheva, Chemical Engineer of Technical Control Workshop at Donskoy GOK.
