“Kazchrome” Upgrades Transportation Fleet for Employee Transportation
Nine new buses have already been delivered to the Company’s operating divisions, making daily employee transportation more comfortable, reliable, and safe.
Three large-capacity buses, each designed to accommodate 55 passengers, have been delivered to Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant. The buses will operate on the most heavily utilized routes, ensuring daily transportation of employees. The vehicles are equipped with modern diesel engines compliant with environmental standards, as well as dual-circuit pneumatic braking systems, which is particularly important under intensive operating conditions.
In addition, the plant has received a medium-capacity bus designed for 24 passengers. It will be assigned to less heavily loaded routes. The vehicle is also focused on passenger comfort, featuring air conditioning, an independent heater, and an efficient cabin heating system to maintain comfortable conditions throughout the year.
“Fleet renewal is, above all, an investment in people and production stability. A comfortable commute to the workplace contributes to positive employee morale, high motivation, and discipline. Most importantly, however, it is about ensuring the safety of our people,” noted Nurlan Tassimov, HR and Culture Director of TNC Kazchrome JSC.
Donskoy Mining and Processing Plant has also received two large-capacity buses with seating for 55 passengers each. The new vehicles will operate on the Molodezhnaya mine route. The buses are equipped with air conditioning systems, adjustable seats, and video surveillance systems. Similar vehicles were delivered to the enterprise last year and have already demonstrated their reliability on extended industrial routes.
Overall, during recent years, the bus fleet of Donskoy GOK has been renewed with more than 20 units of equipment, including passenger buses, shift transportation vehicles, and minibuses.
Four new high-capacity buses have also been delivered to the motor transport shop of Aksu Ferroalloy Plant. Two tourist-class buses are intended for long-distance trips, while the other two will be used on regular routes within the plant area for the transportation of personnel and small-sized cargo.
