Aksu Metallurgists Celebrate Housewarming
42 workers of the Aksu Ferroalloys Plant – JSC “TNC “Kazchrome” Branch became happy owners of ‘the roofs over their heads’. They received the keys to their apartments in a five-storied house built under the ERG Housing Program. The house is located in one of the most perspective districts of Aksu next to four other houses, sports grounds and a Sports Palace, earlier built at the company’s expenses. There are one-, two- and three-room apartments in the house and they are ready-to-move-in.
The metallurgists were surprised to receive the keys at their workplaces. The visit of the management team was a real surprise for Dauren Seisembayev, Shop No. 2 Smelter, who was on shift at the furnace that day.
- I have three kids and now each of them has their own place in the large three-room apartment, - said Dauren. – This district is very convenient, with a school, kindergartens, and a polyclinic nearby. And the credit conditions will not significantly affect the family’s budget.
Highly qualified specialists and representatives of shortage professions and young specialists are among the new residents. They received apartments under a unique loan program developed specially for ERG by Otbasy Bank JSC, with the right to rent and later buy out at a low interest rate in the national currency for up to 20 years. This does not require an initial payment.
