Eurasian Resources Group allocates 4.7 billion tenge for the development of the Aktobe region

Eurasian Resources Group (ERG) and the Akimat of the Aktobe Region signed a memorandum of cooperation in the amount of 4.7 billion tenge for the implementation of socially significant projects. The funds will be used to develop the region and infrastructure, including education, healthcare, culture and improvement.

It should be noted that the projects included in the memorandum were selected on the basis of a survey. After a thorough expert analysis, the highest priority social areas for implementation are identified.

– For all 30 years of its activity, ERG has been striving to make life in the regions of our presence better and of higher quality. And for this purpose, we finance the construction of houses, schools, sports and cultural centers. This year, together with the leadership of the region, we will continue to develop citizen initiatives, healthcare, education and sports, - the Member of the ERG Board of Directors Shukhrat Ibragimov said.

As part of the memorandum:

1. The material and technical facilities of Khromtau College will be strengthened and the advanced training for teachers will be conducted. Moreover, ERG will take part in the construction of a kindergarten in Khromtau.
2. Medical equipment in hospitals will be updated: a burn recovery bed for the Emergency Hospital and an ultrasound machine for the ZKMA hospital.
3. With the support of the company, the construction of a cultural center with 400 seats in Khromtau will be continued, the construction of a park area of the city and the improvement of a public garden in the Altyn Orda district in Aktobe are planned. Assistance will also be provided to the Gornyak cultural center in Khromtau. Moreover, the company will traditionally provide assistance to spiritual institutions of the region (Khromtau District Mosque “Nur”, the Orthodox Church of St. Seraphim of Sarov, the Roman Catholic parish of the Holy Family in Khromtau).
4. Participation in initiatives to improve the communal infrastructure in Khromtau was taken. Repairs of heating networks, water supply and sewerage networks are planned. Special equipment for cleaning the city will also be purchased.
5. 15 improvement projects proposed by residents of Khromtau are financed as part of the corporate initiative “Tugan Qala”.
6. Support for mass sports through financing for sports complexes in Aktobe and Khromtau, as well as the Football Academy in Aktobe.

ERG continues to contribute to the socio-economic development of Kazakhstan. The total social investment of the company to date is almost 310 billion tenge.
