Kazchrome implemented several social projects with the city of Khromtau

Deputy Akim of Aktobe region Kairat Bekenov and representatives of TNC Kazchrome JSC, on the eve of the state holiday visited Khromtau and presented several social facilities, implemented as part of the Memorandum for 2019. At the Khromtau District Hospital, the new tomograph was exhibited. This equipment was long awaited, because previously patients had to be sent to the regional center for examination, which was quite problematic. It is worth noting that this medical facility serves residents not only of Khromtau, but also of Kargala and Aytekebi districts. Before the installation of the expensive equipment, preparatory construction works were carried out, as the premises of 1986 could not ensure the functioning of the diagnostic equipment. The communications were replaced and the bearing structures of the floor were reinforced.

"ERG did not only cleaned up the tomograph, but also helped us with the installation, repair of the room, delivered special doors, in general, created all special conditions" - said Chief Doctor of Khromtau Central District Hospital, Askhat Alimjanov. "The city and the hospital lacked this equipment, there were patients who were difficult to transport to the regional center for diagnostics. Now this problem has been solved. We have chosen an optimal model taking into account further service and optimal set of functions. "

For these purposes, it was invested 100 million tenge. Another 10 million within the framework of the Memorandum have been allocated for young doctors' bonuses. 14 specialists of various profiles received monetary certificates worth more than 700 thousand tenge each. These include a surgeon, gynecologists, a pediatrician and general practitioners.

"I am from Uralsk. After graduating from West Kazakhstan Medical University, I came to work at the central district hospital in Khromtau. The first years are usually the most difficult, but I don't feel it here. Today, we got the bonuses and it is a good support and motivation for further work" - said at the award ceremony Taiman Maksutov, a surgeon at Khromtau Central District Hospital.

Another pressing problem in the city has long been the difficulty of garbage disposal. ERG took part in its decision by implementing, together with the regional Akimat, a clause in the memorandum of acquisition of modern special equipment and 95 euro containers. One of the garbage trucks has already started its work. Its cost is 34.8 million tenge. The improved characteristics of the modern machine allow loading up to 100-euro containers.

- It is possible to say that the majority of Khromtau city residents are our employees and their families," Arman Yessenzhulov, President of Kazchrome, emphasized. - Within the framework of the ERG Tugan Vere - Native Cities project, a survey was conducted and a lot of analytical work was done to identify priority social needs of the population. That is, when selecting projects that were included in the Memorandum, we took into account the wishes and needs of the city's residents. ERG management strives to create maximum conditions for solving existing problems and issues of this monocity.
