ERG will allocate 3 billion tenge for the development of the Pavlodar region
Akim of the Pavlodar region, Assain Baikhanov, and the Head of the Kazakhstan Perimeter of Eurasian Resources Group, Kudrät Shamiyev, signed a memorandum of cooperation, which will serve as the basis for the implementation of new social and infrastructure projects in the region.
Investments will cover the development of infrastructure, education, sports, environment, and social sphere and will be consistently implemented in Pavlodar, Aksu, and Ekibastuz. This involves comprehensive improvements to the urban environment, modernization of social facilities, and expansion of opportunities for residents of the region.
“ERG remains one of the region’s key partners in implementing social initiatives and developing infrastructure. It is especially important that this is not about isolated projects, but about systemic work that directly affects the quality of life of the region’s residents”, noted Assain Baikhanov, Akim of the Pavlodar Region.
“We view the development of the regions of operation as part of ERG's long-term strategy. Along with production investments, the company consistently invests in education, infrastructure, environmental issues, and quality of life. It is important for us that these changes are sustainable and tangible for residents”, emphasized Kudrät Shamiyev, Head of ERG’s Kazakhstan Perimeter.
ERG’s total social investment in the regions of operation has already exceeded 321 billion tenge.
